Felt like crap again. I wanted to do a throttled back progression run, but I ended up running a little shorter and doing a mile on the track cutting down from 90-87-84-80, and it wasn't as easy as I would have liked. I'm not ready to blame it on the veg diet, but I'm stopping it 2 days short anyways.
