20 up to Belmont, 20' watchless tempo up to and around the track, 4/3/2/1, 4mi down.

Pretty good workout today considering it's been a lot of volume lately. Pace on the tempo was solid and I ran surpisingly quick on the shorter stuff. All in all good day. Left shin was almost gone but came back a bit today.
