LR with Avesh, Daniel, Michael, Ryan. Nice to have the group on kind of a crummy day. Wanted more quality than this but Avesh was just doing a long slower tempo so did part with him and ran easy/moderate back with Michael and Daniel, didn't feel that good anyways so this was fine for today
