Plan was 5x1600 cruise intervals. 1st at tempo pace, 2nd with 1400@T, last 200@5k, 3rd with 1300@T, 100@~5k, 200@faster than 5k.. et al. Not a bad workout today. Felt not great on the tempo portions, was hoping to be running more like 5:35 pace on those but it didn't feel super comfortable. Happy with the times on the pickups. Wasn't too hard of a workout besides the last one when I had to get going for 600, and I was just generally still tired from Tuesday I think. Ran the 200s with bren even though I was feeling pretty done at that point.
