Notes

Long run w/9 progression. Ran the first 7-8 with Kelsey at Lawless then went on the roads for the progression. Felt okay, a little tired but not too bad. Found a cool GLR type dirt road to run down for a couple miles which was nice. Nothing special on the workout as a whole but chop wood carry water.
