in Eugene to watch pre classic with Aaron and Kittaka. Ran with Kittaka this morning from the airbnb along the Eugene marathon course and Pre's trail. Did a few loops of that and started progressing, then did a 5mi tempo on my own before cooling down. Felt tired today but tempo went pretty well, didn't progress much but pace was fairly strong. Super fun day after watching the meet, saw a 3:43 mile that was really exciting and did some brewery hopping after.
