Notes

Just a guess on pace, didn't wear a watch. Went to swallow and did the 49 + 2 mile loops. 6x30 strides on the way back. Ate a shit ton of mini wheats for breakfast and had to stop twice for the bathroom, otherwise felt okay. Perfect fall day.
