3ish up, 4 x 2mi with 90" RJ, 3mi down with 4 x 30"
Big volume day today. Hoped to start at 5:40 and work down. Felt good and in control on the first one but I think the humidity got to me a bit and I was running out of gas towards the end. Nothing too special on paper, but another small step in the right direction I think. This was one of the harder workouts I've done in a while, just because it was so long. Really wanted to skip the 4 x 30 but have to practice what I preach.
Just trying to focus on process these last 3 weeks, fitness is just a touch behind where I'd like it to be but I just want to train right and race hard and be proud of that regardless of where I end up timewise.
