Notes

Long n strong. Wasn't feeling excited about this and didn't feel great most of the time. Managed to keep a nice steady clip once I got warmed up. Had a good route doing mostly north side TKL trails, did about 2mi on the single track as well before picking it up on the way back and hitting the dirt road loop. Pretty beat after even though it wasn't a super hard run.
