Lodge LR with Charlie, Steve Gan, guy named Jacob, and Daniel for a bit. Plan was long tempo around 6' pace in middle. Nice morning, only got a little bit of the expected rain. Went to great highway and started the tempo there, did about 4mi hanging back with Charlie then picked it up for the last 2. First longer tempo in a while, felt strong.
