Easy up, 5 x hill sprints, over to track for spiked up 400, 2 laps jogging, 100 / 100 / 60 all out with lap in between, plyos, cooldown.

Gassed it up today on the quarter. Pretty happy with a 57. Felt less locked up on this than the 200 last week.
