Notes

Easy up, 5 D loops (steady up/over, fast limestone), over to track for 2mi of (100 mod / 100 faster / 100 faster / 100 easy), easy cooldown.

Worked out early this week due to GLR. Did this with Bren. Didn't feel like I could go much faster for either of these but wasn't very tired after either. The track stuff was def tough, kinda liked the style of it though.
