Rainy LFT run from the trough. Felt pretty comfortable today. Hip had some slight tightness in it I think at the beginning. 4 strides at the end. Went to Bren's to shower then down to MG for family time. Found out Mom and Dad's surprise trip for us in Feb is to Cancun, already can't wait.
