Notes

Started at the trough up to Montrose for 6x4' tempo up and over the hill. Fun day today, girls did the same workout as well as Brendan. Started every rep with him and just tried to keep him close. Don't know paces at all but I was pushing pretty hard, probably around 10k effort or so. Saw a dude wakeboarding at like 6:30am, looked like a fun thing to be able to do on a tuesday morning.
