Barrington

Notes

Waterboy in Barrington today. Dropped the water then ran back to the group and just tagged along with each crew for a chunk. Made for sporadic pacing - probably 2-3 miles in the 6:30s, one mile sub 6, and the rest around 7:15-45. Felt tired all around today. Hip got a bit worse as I went, 7/10 to 4/10. Mostly in the upper glute.
