Notes

Used the arm crank at LA fitness. It was a weird experience, pretty sure no one ever uses that machine lol. Took a while to get the resistance right, if it's too hard my arms can't do it but it needs to be pretty hard to work up a sweat. Checked my HR a few times and it was actually fairly high, like 150 or so at the end. Hard to do this for a long time, I don't know how Plaz did it for hours.
