25ish up, 8 x 3:30ish D loop extended, 1' RJ, 25ish down with 4 x 200
Coached WOW today so did this solo after. Perfect day for running, like 50 and sunny and low wind. Just back to Jake basics stuff today, didn't use the GPS, this is just the watch's estimate based on steps or something I guess. Did a D loop each rep with a little extra on the path to be around 3:30. Didn't feel too quick but hit the effort right on.
