Notes
25ish up, couple strides, then 4 x (.4mi on, .2mi off), 6 x (.2mi on, ~200m off), easy til 75'.
Goal today was to get some rep-like work in. Went up to 606 and did it there. Felt solid on the reps but hip was noticeable throughout - more so than it's been in the last week or so. Prob 4/10 at it's worst. Felt it on the warmup though too, and the faster running didn't make it worse, so that was good. Seemed like a bit of a longer workout for some reason. Really nice weather out again, saw a nice sunrise.
