Notes

Ran with Sean on workout support today. Plan waas 6 easy into 3 at 6:20-30. Out and back 4.5 to Lincoln Park. Felt a little tired on the pickup and was happy when we were done. Sean hit it right on, 6:21 average for the 3 harder miles. Good lunch at big star after.
