5 x (1'ish uphill, 1' jog, 1'ish downhill, 1' jog), then 10' moderate
Did this on 730 from the base of the front gate to Marisa's house. About 2mi away from where we parked yesterday, heading the same direction. This road is amazing, rolling dirt hills and great views the whole way. Being at 8800ft makes it very tough. Sun today for a change and it was really nice. Felt pretty strong on the hills, just found a spot that had some up and down and did out and backs there. 10' moderate was very downhill overall, definitely can't run 6:15s on the flats very easily here. Hike to come this evening
