Because of time problems had to run this one pretty late... Stomach still queasy all day today but i decided to just deal with it, and see how i felt. Bloated for the first half or so but legs felt pretty good from the really easy past couple days. Went out 39 min and came back in around ~33ish or so, so pretty big pick up. Felt good at the end and solidly cut down. 4 longer strides after.
