Do you wrap your arch? When I was in the getting-over phases of my PF, it still hurt for quite a while, but it really helped to wrap the arch with sports tape. It makes the foot plant kind of wack at first, but I think it makes it heal faster. I mean, since the whole problem is the re-tearing of the fascia.
