Notes

Hillwood track. Real random and unplanned. The idea has been bounding around the dome for a while, and tonight I tried it out......and it was pretty fucking unpleasant. Easy warmup, 800, 1200, 1600 and ladder back down. Completely fell apart on the middle mile. Decided to just kept an honest pace and kept running around in a big circle until I didn't want to run anymore.
