Officially a 3:07:47, a 7:12 pace. AHR 173. Maxed out at 193 in the last 0.2. Fastest mile was 26 at 6:59. Splits of 1:34:16/1:34:31. Very happy with the effort and the time. Surprised by the consistency considering I wasn't very sure where I was at and was expecting somewhere between a 3:10-3:15.
