83/62 and cloudy. Middle 6 @ tempo - not the best run, averaged a 6:33 or 6:34 for all 6. Never got comfortable and no mile was sub 6:30. AHR for the tempo piece was 174, which wasn't bad. Felt like I was trying harder than that.
