Notes

4X400m @ 8mph with 400m breaks @ 5mph, all at 2% incline. I think this pace is too fast for an interval workout right now (7:30 pace, and my 5k PR is 7:50 pace). I wanted to do 8 repeats but was pretty tired after 4. Might also try walking the breaks for now.
