Run with Kim. Had to cut it short due to a cramp/tightening in my right calf, low just to the inside. Came on around 1.2 miles stopped and stretched. Was able to loosen it up a bit but we called it done at 3 miles just to keep it from becoming a problem. Feels very sore and stiff after the drive home. Hopefully the massage, foam rolling, and ice will get it happy. I may just take Wed off from running.
