Great run. PT told me to start getting back to my old running routine. Was hoping for at least 8 miles and pondered going for 10. After 4.5 miles it was clear my quads were still very tired and sore from all the strength training at PT on Wed so I decided 9 miles was a good number. Unfortunately at 8.5 I missed seeing a root and tripped like a ding dong and bruised my left hip and palm really good. Best part is I had absolutely no IT band pain or tightness! WOOT!
