It was good to run at Boulders Access again, ah... the memories of training with Kay for Medoc Marathon. Since I knew I'd be walking more than half the hills I decided to put in really good efforts on the downhills and flatish areas. Was really surprised at my over all pace in the end. Definitely going to need to get the Nathan vest out once I get over 6 miles. Also, I need to find something more effective at keeping sweat out of my eyes!
