Wasn't really in the mood to run. I committed myself to at least 3 miles. After the first mile I felt good. By mile 3 I was in a great rhythm and pushed it to 4. By 4 I still felt good and knew I could push it just a hair more for 5 miles. Slowly increased my speed each mile without even checking my watch to see how it was going. It was too cold for just a skirt and I felt like I was running with a naked bottom by mile 3.
