garmin battery was run down so I downloaded the nike gps for my iphone. Boy was it off on mileage, clearly not useful for trails. At least it kept track of my time. next time i'm out at Poston I'll run the same route and see what the distance was. Today's distance was a guess based on my usual pace at Poston
