My HR was way over the target today. I've been taking antihistamines and it has really made my HR go up. Before I even started my warm up walk my HR was 77, normal resting is 55-60. So I just went by feel. I ran into some GCRunners that were willing to go slow with me so I decided just go by feel instead of watching the HRM like a hawk. Calf felt okay. Didn't want to push my luck so I stopped at two miles. I'll take anything I can get these days!
