Kay and Sideshow Jesus accompanied me. It was nice to have people with me today. Warmer temps at the end of the run made things really difficult. Happy with my overall pace considering the amount of walking I had to do at the end. Sat in the stream twice in mile 17, totally saved my legs for a bit. Jesus helped me get through the very end. My back was killing me each time I walked, just wanted to cry. It was like my lower back was going to seize up each time I stopped running but I had to walk uphill due to heat. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.
