Notes
That was miserable. I didn't feel like running and was hoping it would be one of those I don't want to run but it turned out great kind of runs. Oh, was I so wrong! It was pouring rain when I took Em to school. It was drizzling as I was walking. As soon as I started to run the rain stopped and it became mostly cloudy, instead of full on overcast. Had I known it was going to stop raining I would have picked the greenway. To top it off, my right ITB was not feeling great so I called it after 2 miles. Just not worth it today.
