Decided to go for 3 miles just to see what would happen. My knee never hurt but I felt that 3 miles was the max I could do without doing damage. We'll see how bad my hot spot feels in a few hours. Wore my HRM again and paid attention to not letting it get out of the correct training zone. I allowed myself a bit more freedom with pace the last mile.
Had to delete then re-enter my info since it turns out I accidentally started my run again after I got in the car and added .34 mile to my run at supa fast speed. Didn't want to misrepresent my mad running skillz. So I deleted that last lap and uploaded my workout again.
