Notes

PT- going to take two weeks off from PT. Going to work on stretches and floor exercises for strength. Hamstring tendon seems to be fine now but the IT band still hurts to the touch and to run. Glad she agreed with me that we just need to back off a bit and give it a rest. I still get to ice it 4-5 times a day, yay. She seemed to be pretty hopeful that once we get this inflamation down I should be near the end of treatment. I will be backing off on my goals for the spring. Probably won't do a marathon this year, just a half or two. If I play my cards right and don't get over zealous I can hopefully do a 40 miler next year in honor of my 40th.
