Notes

First day of PT. I think this is really going to help all my imbalances. PT manually worked out my locked up right hip and lower back. I can feel it aching pretty good now. Hopefully that is a sign that she made some progress. Going back next Mon and Tues. PT also told me to go ahead and try to run past 5 miles on my next run! Sweet!
