Nipple Chafe!!!!!! First time blood drawn. I really should know not to use my Aldi shirt in the rain.
Other than that a good run-minimal pain from the heel and thats about it. A little faster than I would have been alone,but with the group I was running with it was never going to be slow. Nice hills as well.
