This was meant to be a build up run-start at about 5-5:10 pace and increase speed 15 seconds every 3 km. if I'd looked at my program I would have known that before doing speed runs for the last two days! However, still good to do 5 min average pace after that so pretty pleased. Apart from not being able to run the planned run, no issues.
