Speed Training-mona fartlek. 2 X 90 second fast run/90 minute rest jog, 4 X 60 seconds run/jog, 4 X 30 seconds run/jog, 4 X 15 seconds run/jog. I dont think I went hard enough as my breathing settled to normal almost as soon as I stopped. Good session. 2 1/4km warm up, 3 1/4km cool down
