Awesome run! My standard run and the second best time I've done it in-and would have been the fastest if I didn't stop to chat to some other trailwalkers! Moving time 1:57:10 (6:02 pace). Of course the rest might have been why I did well. Ran most of the hills. apart from some of Lysterfield Hills Track (both ways) and a little of the wallaby track where I thought I was done. However, a puff or 4 of ventolin and I was off again. Had a gel before I started as well which I don't usually do. I've been feeling like I'm not improving, maybe it's a combination of low fuel and hayfever/asthma that's my problem. I'll remember for next time.
