Tried to stay at 5:30 pace, went a little fast to start(I think because it was slightly downhill), was about right in the middle but slowed dramatically towards the end. Feet pretty sore and felt queasy-maybe sport drink isn't for me. Wore 2XU socks-were great for the calves bit not so for the feet. Some pain in the glutes on the left as well-I think that may be caused by the camber in the road-something I hadn't thought of when deciding my route. Recovering well.
