Very tough run. Garmin measured 51.75km. Went ok early but struggled up the hills. Nutrition and hydration all seemed to work well. Had to do some blister repair at about 30km. Very good steep downhill run from the peak of Mt St Lenards, but it fatigued me so I had little left for other downhills. Other than that a hard day but it went pretty well for the level of training I'm at.
