Long run from the Shrine to the Melbourne Marathong turnaround point and back with a lap ot the Tan thrown in. Much better run than I have been having and a look at the Melbourne Marathon course down to Sandringham. No shin splint trouble, but might have hurt the achillies again-we'll see how it pulls up. Tail wind down was nice, head wind back goot for cooling but made it hard work. No energy to run up Anderson St so elected to walk it instead.
