Tempo run-right on the pace I was after with the aid of my garmin. New shows which seemed ok-were uncomfortable when I started the warm up but got better. I struggled to maintain pace early but seemed to fall into my stride about 1/2 way through-felt strong from then on. No niggles or pains, even from the current problem areas. I remembered to massage the groin and stretch the hamstrings which seems to have helped.
