Run #1 of Day #1 of the Hundred Mile Week began with the most horrid summer weather possible around here. 81 degrees at the start. Dew point of 73. I ran very slowly, felt ok until mile 10 when I was shaky thirsty. But it got done and I feel good about that. It felt familiar to be logging these miles in the last week of July.
