7.9 miles with the Wegman's Group this morning. 0.7 miles with Shawn around the neighborhood this afternoon. His idea. He's been asking for a few days. I wasn't terribly excited about running in more cold wind but I couldn't turn that offer down. It was great, he was really into it, and he wants to run three laps next time. :-)
