Positively unpleasant morning for a run in nearly every way. Temperature over 80 degrees, humidity was ghastly, and my "red badge" was still giving me some pain (even though I was wearing a "tech" shirt that is more forgiving than cotton). Did not take me long at all to decide to cut the run short at an even 30 minutes instead of pushing for 4 miles as I was originally intending. Truth be told, the driving factor in shortening the run was my sore nipple -- I was afraid of causing more damage, and it was simply uncomfortable. A dip in the pool after I got back home made almost everything better with the world. :)
