Notes

Half marathon training. Good run, pushed it to 10:00 for the last mile and it wasn't overdoing it at all. Still splitting between road and treadmill, and I still notice a difference. The treadmill seems to work my ankles a bit more, hopefully that will be of some benefit for road running.
