Notes
Very humid this morning, and not much of a breeze to speak of. Pace was a bit down, my ankles and shins were sore on and off during the run. Felt good to be out and about, though... I stopped on my way home and watched a few young deer running in the woods near my house. They seemed to be having fun, and only stopped when they heard me moving. Maybe I could learn something from them.
